JRC is currently working on a multi-story dormitory facility in Norfolk, VA on the campus of Old Dominion University.  This project has been particularly exciting since it is a 30 year warranted TPO system with a 100 mph wind rating.   The material for this approximately 1000 square job is being supplied by Carlisle-Syntec, a leading manufacturer of single ply roofing products.  JRC is pleased that Carlisle is on the cutting edge, providing long term warranties and standing behind their products.  When this project is completed it will surely provide years of trouble free performance for the university.
