Can you work directly with my insurance company?
Yes. We'll take care of the headache of dealing with your insurance company and adjuster. Often time we will even meet the adjuster on site while they are assesing existing roof conditions. It's good to know a qualified roofing professional is on your side!
How long will it take to complete my roof?
There are many variables but on average 1-3 days. Some specialty roofs such as slate, metal and shakes may take a few more days to complete.
Can you just go over the top of my existing roofing materials?
Sometimes, depending on the condition of the existing materials and the substrate. However, you can never install more than two layers of shingles. We recommend tearing off the existing material and inspecting the roof deck for signs of damage will ensure the integrity of the new roof and will provide you with the highest level of satisfaction.
Can you provide me a ballpark estimate over the phone?
No, we can prefer to inspect our propery so that we can accurately asses your individual site conditions. There are simply to many variable involved with pricing a roof to provide ballpark estimates.
