Bonita Residence

JRC received the roofing contract for a senior living community in coastal town of Bonita Springs, Florida. Bonita Springs Community is located in the center of exclusive Bonita Bay near shops, restaurants and art galleries just minutes from world famous white sandy beaches. The convenient location offers easy access to quality medical services, shopping, dining and the metropolitan areas of Naples and Fort Myers.

Like many rooftops, the Bonita Springs Community has mixed slopes throughout the property including Eagle Flat Tile, and Carlisle Fleeceback TPO.

JRC started the project by removing the existing roof system down to the decking. After ensuring the roof deck system is inspected and damaged decking was replaced, JRC installed over 450+ squares of Golden Eagle Brown-Gray tile.

After completing the tile roofing portion, JRC adhered 400+ squares of Carlisle 115 mil Fleeceback TPO over the existing roof.
