Clearwater Community
After sustaining wind damage (up to 142 mph gusts) from Hurricane Irma, JRC received a Hail Trace Software Report alerting us that a senior living community in Clearwater, Florida needed an immediate roof inspection. Utilizing our team of certified pilots / in-house surveyors, we quickly were on site to accurately assess the property’s roof and other exterior needs.
After providing a free survey JRC received the roofing contract. Located in a quaint area of North Pinellas County, the community is considered a a large sized assisted living community with 200 units from semi-private room to 2 bedroom apartments.
For this project, JRC installed Tamko Heritage 30yr. Dimensional Shingles in a Weathered Wood color as to maintain neighborhood’s traditional residential style. For the high traffic areas such as the HVAC units, JRC removed the storm damaged roof down to the decking and adhered 490 SQS of new Carlisle Sure Weld White TPO. By installing a white TPO along the property’s high traffic service areas, the HVAC systems can be easily accessible for maintenance and the TPO’s white color will reflect the heat of the southern sun.
