JRC was awarded the roofing contracts for Eugene Alpine, an exceptional senior living community that provides the lifestyle options of independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The 64- unit community consists of three buildings: Eugene Alpine Cottages; Eugene Alpine Court; and Eugene Alpine Springs is.

With a park-like setting, JRC installed over 350+ squares of dimensional shingles and 22 squares of Carlisle Fleeceback TPO roof replacement for Eugene Alpine Springs.

Located in a quiet Yakima Valley area of Central Washington, JRC removed and replaced over 455 squares of 30 year dimensional shingles on Eugene Alpine Court.

The mixed use of shingles and TPO roofing materials is a common practice among commercial multi-family or senior living community properties. The flat roof sections allow the HVAC and other maintenance equipment space for technicians to regularly inspect and service the rooftops units. The replacing the roof with dimensional shingles serves multiple purposes. With shingle roofs, Eugene Alpine was able to customize the color, angles, and shapes while maintaining cost-effective quality, sound and weather protection
