JRC has been awarded multiple roofing contracts for Freedom Plaza in Sun City, Florida.

This full service luxury senior living community provides a resort-style atmosphere and amenities along Florida’s Suncoast. The premier golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spas, fully equipped fitness centers, and nature trails make this property feel like a 5 star resort. As a part of a 5 million dollar renovation, JRC fully removed and replaced over 1000 squares of traditional 30 yr. Dimensional Shingles, 100 squares of EPDM; and repair damaged standing seam metal panels.
The project included the seven-story Freedom Plaza high-rise building, Golfview Terrace, Homewood Residence, Plaza West Clare Bridge, Freedom Fairways Golf Club and all of the infrastructure on the 140-acre campus, which includes a 65-acre nature preserve.
