Freedom Square

JRC received the roofing contract for a senior living community in Seminole, FL. Just outside Tampa, Designed like a quaint town square with paved brick streets and a welcoming gazebo, this retirement community in Seminole, FL offers a wide variety of elegantly appointed residential options, a wealth of exceptional services and amenities, and a full calendar of fun, engaging activities—all just a short drive from Lake Seminole and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast! 

For this project, JRC installed a large TPO roof on the Freedom Square Healthcare Center within the community. This building was roofed with 60 Mil GAF TPO, over a 54,000 SQFT area.
