JRC received the roofing and renovations contract for the Greenville Community in Greenville, SC. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, this independent senior living community set itself apart with landscaped grounds, gardens and walking paths.

Completing over $40,000 in interior renovations, JRC removed over 24,000 sq foot of the existing flooring. JRC then installed over 6,000 sq. ft. of luxury vinyl plank flooring, and 1,500 sq. ft. of customized pattern carpet flooring throughout the property. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is a popular choice provides an affordable waterproof wood-look flooring option while maintaining its warmth and texture underfoot.

Residents can enjoy the community living in style! JRC installed a combination of Kichler Lighting and Seagull Lighting in Antique Brushed Nickel and Brushed Nickel, a popular modern chic design, throughout the property making you feel like residents feel like they’re in a modern-day spa.

Greenville Community Staff can also enjoy the property’s enhancements. The front lobby was updated with a new nurses station, new countertops and cabinets in combination of quartz and granite matte finish – plastic laminate.

The common areas (i.e. Living Room, Dining Room, Salon, New Solace Room, Arts and Craft Room, Activity Room and Sunroom) also were extensively renovated. In the commons areas, JRC installed new baseboards, the walls were textured with a very fine orange peel finish as selected by the owner along with a fresh coat of paint. All cabinetry were removed and replaced ‘like for like’ as directed by the client.

JRC also completed the roofing contractor for the Greenville Community. JRC Roofing Team installed over 150 squares of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) and additional 120 squares on side walls. Once installed, JRC then reinstalled the existing ballast back over the new roof system.
