HCA Building

JRC was awarded the PVC Roofing Contract for HCA’s Corporate Office Building (#4) and parking Garage by General Contractor, JE Dunn Construction Company. As a part of a $40 million-plus project, the HCA Data Center includes a large kitchen and dining area, conference center, fitness center and parking garage. JRC’s scope of work focused on the four-level parking garage with approximately 550 parking spaces and installing the Sarnafil Sika PVC roofing membrane across the 14,500-square-foot addition to Building 4. Founded and based out of Nashville, TN, this will be HCA fourth major complex.
