JRC was awarded the roof contract for a a senior living community, Hermitage Boulevard in Tallahassee, FL. Located in the Florida’s Capitol, the community is ideal for individuals needed a little extra care without the medical attention of a hospital.

For this project, JRC focused on installation of a Atlas Prolam 30 yr Dimensional Shingles in their popular Weathered Wood color. Atlas ProLam 30yr. Dimensional Shingles are laminated, architectural shingles that feature oversized shingle dimensions, distinct shadow lines and random cuts that create the texture and charm of a multi-layered wood shake shingle.
