JRC received this contract from Kindred Holdings to do a TPO retrofit on this industrial building in Hopkinsville, KY. We mechanically attached wood nailer at the perimeter of the roof and mechanically attached 24-gauge metal panels over each translucent roof panel. Loose laid new EPS flute fill insulation on the existing metal roof, mechanically attached poly-Iso over the new EPS flute fill, and TPO over the new insulation. We also installed 7” box gutters and downspouts.
