JRC completed a vinyl siding project at Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living in Junction City, OR, focusing on remedying wind damage and enhancing structural resilience. The project commenced with the removal of existing siding and wrap down to the exterior gypsum wall sheathing, extending to address the existing soffit at overhang areas. To fortify against future weather challenges, JRC installed new house wrap, window tape, soffit panels, and siding in the areas affected by wind damage, ensuring a robust exterior. The installation of new J channel inside and outside corners were carried out, seamlessly integrating the components for a cohesive look. Additionally, mounting blocks were installed for electrical and water fixtures. This renovation not only resolves existing damage but also fortifies the retirement and assisted living facility against future environmental stresses, ensuring a secure and enduring facility for its residents.
