JRC was proud to receive the contract for the new Knox at Metrocenter complex in Nashville, TN. On this project, we worked with Embery Construction, a general contractor with whom we have a great relationship. This large complex is set to open in 2021 and will be an amazing place to live for Nashville Natives and transplants.
We focused on the roofing for every building in the complex as well as coping metal to transition from the rooftop to the siding. This included ten buildings in the complex comprised of five multi-story units and have tri-plex townhomes. The townhomes feature Architectural shingles that also are featured on the rest of the buildings. The larger buildings in the complex feature 60 Mil Carlisle TPO in the white color, to help will cooling in the summer months. Truly a stunning property and we can’t wait to see the finished product.
