JRC received the roofing contract for a senior living community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. With breathtaking views, JRC was asked to replace large sections of a deteriorating roof.
For this project, JRC focused on removing and replacing the shingle roof system. JRC installed nearly 137 thousand square feet of TAMKO Shingles. These shingles provide its water-shedding capabilities, aided with the slope of the roof, it is pretty clear that water is not staying here long.
