Margaritaville Resort Hotel

JRC was awarded the TPO Roofing Contract for Margaritaville Resort Hotel in Nashville, TN by General Contractor, JE Dunn Construction. Margaritaville Nashville Hotel, a 12-story hotel planned for the SoBro area, will include a casual-luxe restaurant, JWB Grill. Inspired by Jimmy Buffett’s lyrics and lifestyle, the hotel incorporates coastal elements with a covered portico, tropical plants, murals and large windows opening into the lobby, according to new renderings. The design also includes terrace seating at JWB Grille.

For this project, JRC was awarded the new construction roof contractor by General Contractor, JE Dunn Construction. JRC will focus on installing a Carlisle TPO Roof System in grey color and also the necessary gutters and downspouts for proper drainage.
