Regency House

JRC received the renovations contract for Regency House in Decatur, Georgia. Located 20 minutes from Atlanta, this quaint senior living community contacted JRC to complete their interior and exterior renovations projects. The property consists of homes, condos or apartments ranging from 362-1000 sq ft.

Regency House received a complete exterior overhaul.

JRC team of renovation experts, replaced all of the outdated door skins to provide a fresh new look. All of the flooring including: carpet, laminate and tiled area were updated throughout the property. Additionally, the beauty salon received a new look – new countertops, coffee bar cabinets were installed throughout the salon. With renovations totalling over $82,000, the residents and staff at the Regency House will notice a higher quality of living with the top quality workmanship provided by JRC.
