Santa Barbara in Cape Coral

JRC received the roofing contract for Santa Barbara Community in Cape Coral, Florida. Set on lovely landscaped grounds with a secured courtyard and outdoor gardening area, Santa Barbara is an elite Memory Care community. Our design has cozy spaces, providing all of the comforts of home so residents feel safe and not overwhelmed. The community’s group common areas provide opportunities to get to know one another and include a spacious family room, a brightly lit sunroom, a warm dining room and a beauty and barber shop for added convenience.*

For this project, JRC focused on removing and replacing both the Shingle and Flat Roof System. JRC installed 325+ SQS of Tamko Heritage 30yr. Dimensional Shingles in Weathered Wood color. With Tamko Heritage 30 yr. Dimensional Shingles, their distinctive granule mix and unique color drops add vivid color and texture. TAMKO’s blended shadowtone creates dimension, striking contrast and remarkable depth while adding curb appeal to that residents will be proud to call home.

For the flat roof portion, JRC Production Team installed 30 sqs of Carlisle White TPO over the areas housing the HVAC, other service equipment and the skylights. After removing the existing roof system down to the plywood wood decking, JRC mechanically attached the necessary underlayment and insulation before installing Carlisle 60 mil White TPO.
