JRC was awarded the TPO Roof Replacement Contract for a senior living community in Santa Catalina, Tuscon, AZ. This 174,172 square foot senior living community sits on a 10.97 acre lot. Residents can enjoy a apartment home style community with both the independence of a private home, plus whatever type of supportive aid they need.

For this project, JRC installed a brand new Carlisle Tan TPO Roofing System, totalling 600+ SQS. Carlisle’s Tan Sure-Weld® TPO membranes are one of the leading roofing membranes installed in warmer climate building and known for its energy efficiency and cool roof rating that have been directly reduction in energy use and cooling costs.
