JRC was awarded the roof contract for a new construction project, Sawgrass Point by General Contractor, Doster Construction in Gonzalez, LA. Sawgrass Point is a premier luxury apartment community in Gonzales, Louisiana. Sawgrass Point offers countless upscale amenities that make the most sought-after address in Ascension Parish. Residents will find no shortage of features sure to make every day exceptional, including: elevators, a resort style pool, 1500+ Square Feet Fitness Center and Yoga Room, Outdoor Kitchen Pavilion, On-Site Car Wash and Dog Washing Salon.

For this project, JRC’s scope of work focused on three types of roof systems: Tamko Heritage Series 30 year dimensional shingle roof system; MRS Standing Seam Metal Roof System; and Carlisle TPO Roof Membrane System.
