Seasons Place

JRC was awarded the shingle roof replacement contract for a senior living community in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Nestled in the heart of the Greenbrier Valley, Seasons Place, is an Enlivant assisted and independent living community near the Allegheny Mountains. The community offers multiple levels of personalized care including: independent living, assisted living, respite care, short-term stay and urgent placement to accommodate the needs of its residents.

Starting with the existing roof system, JRC Production Team removed the old shingle roof system down to the decking.  Once new underlayment was applied, JRC installed 329 SQS of Tamko Heritage 30yr.
