Springs at Hamburg

JRC was awarded the TPO Roofing Contract for Springs at Hamburg in Lexington, KY by General Contractor, Doster Construction.

The new 360,364 square foot development includes 14 buildings and 312 units, each with their own private, townhome-style entrance. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, a clubhouse and 4 parking garage buildings. Construction has commenced and the apartment community is expected to complete in the summer of 2019.
