Twin Springs Apartments

JRC was awarded the new construction roofing contractor for the Twin Springs Apartments in White House, Tennessee by General Contractor, Horizon Construction, LLC. Established January 2019, Twin Springs consists of 279 units and 20 free-standing garages. This newly built community features open-concept floor plans, hardwood laminate flooring throughout, fully-equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an array of amenities coming summer 2019.For this project, JRC focused on installing a brand new shingle and standing seam roof system across the 251 unit complex. JRC Production Team will be installing 2,835 SQS of CertainTeed Landmark. CertainTeed is designed to replicate the appearance of cedar shake roofing and available in an array of colors that compliment any trim, stucco or siding. Along the clubhouse and misc. areas, several eyebrow roofs  (or commonly known as shed roofs) with 1 1/2 snap lock 24 gauge standing seam panels were installed in a popular color: champaign.
