University Park Colorado

JRC was awarded the roofing contractor for University Park Community in Colorado. Located on Denver’s southern edge between Englewood and Glendale, University Park is an exceptional high-rise independent living and assisted living community with close proximity to many dining and shopping options, as well as doctor’s offices and churches. The community offers both independent living or assisted living services to suit the residents’ needs and desires.

For the project, JRC inspected the existing roof system and determined the community’s best solution was a total roof replacement. Like many properties, Patriots Heights includes both low and steep slope roof systems. For the low slope area, JRC installed 680 SQS of Carlisle 60 mil EPDM using FAST 100 adhesive. The Fast 100 adhesive provides superior staying power for winds up to 120 mph, adds to rooftop R-values, resulting in a more resulting in a more energy-efficient and dependable roofing system.
