Virgin Hotel

JRC was awarded the TPO Roofing Contract for Virgin Hotel in Nashville, TN by General Contractor, Yates Construction. Given the Virgin brand’s roots in music, the new Virgin Hotel is appropriately located in Nashville’s historic Music Row neighborhood. The hotel is comprised of 262 guestrooms and suites and houses the signature Virgin Commons Club.

For this project, JRC was awarded the new construction roof contractor by General Contractor, Yates Construction. JRC focused on installing a Carlisle TPO Roof System and also the necessary gutters and downspouts for proper drainage
