Wake Forest

JRC received the roofing contract for Wake Forest Community in Wake Forest, NC. As the hometown to the prestigious Wake Forest University, and a short distance from Raleigh, Wake Forest offers the perfect combination of small town charm and big city luxuries. The pet friendly community provides assisted living and memory care services with multiple living options from 1 bedroom to private and semi-private rooms. The commons areas include an outdoor courtyard, walking paths, gardens and screened-in porches.

For this project, JRC focused on removing and replacing both the shingle roof system. JRC installed 425 SQS od Atlas ProLam 30yr. Dimensional Shingles. Atlas Prolam Shingles are laminated, architectural shingles that feature oversized shingle dimensions, distinct shadow lines and random cuts that create the texture and charm of a multi-layered wood shake shingle.  By selecting Atlas’ Prolam Series, the senior living community will be protected against severe weather with a 130 mph manufacturer limited warranty. Additionally, the senior living community will maintain its homey, welcoming curl appeal  with built-in algae resistance that cause the unsightly black streaks on your roof system.
