JRC was awarded the Shingle Roof Replacement Contract for a senior living community in Hermiston, Oregon. This 43,397 square foot community sits on a 5.68 acre lot community and is surroundeded by the Cascade Mountain Range, Umatilla National Forest and Blue Mountains. Residents can enjoy a apartment home style community with both the independence of a private home, plus whatever type of supportive aid they need.
For this project, JRC installed a brand new GAF Shingles Roofing System, totalling 633 SQS. Per the property's selection, JRC installed GAF 30yr. Dimensional Shingles, Natural Shadow Shakewood, complimentary to the existing aesthetic of the surrounding buildings.
