JRC was awarded the Roofing Contract for the Highlands senior living community in Lakeland, Florida. Located just outside of Tampa, Florida, Lakeland is a vibrant and upscale community. Lakeland is home to Florida Southern College. the Polk Museum of Art, the Hollis Garden and a quaint downtown area.
For this project, JRC Surveyors / Pilots conducted a property survey and determined a full roof replacement would be the best solution for the community. To start, JRC removed the existing shingles and replaced several sheets of rotten decking. Once inspected, JRC installed over 500+ SQS of Owens Corning Oakridge 30 yr Dimensional Shingles in a Driftwood color.
