JRC received the roofing and renovations contract from Lincoln Towers in Odessa, TX. The Lincoln Towers Community resides in one of Odessa's historical landmark, 1958 Inn of the Golden West Hotel. The historic Inn was also the home of the Golden Rooster, a popular venue featuring live bands and other entertainment.
Today, the Lincoln Towers is home to Odessa's seniors community, providing a variety of comfortable independent living apartments in various sizes. JRC ensured the historical building was well taken care of by completing several roofing and renovation projects for the property.
Completing over $100,000 in exterior renovation projects, JRC removed and replaced the stucco, exterior lighting, ceiling tiles and applied a fresh coat of paint along the exterior of the property. These enhancements will greatly improve the building's aesthetic and energy efficiency.
Additionally, the historic building invested $100,000 towards the building's rooftop. JRC removed and replaced over 400 squares of TPO roofing member and 100" standing seam awning. With these improvements, the residents of Lincoln Tower will enjoy get to enjoy Odessa's historic landmark for more years to come.
