JRC received the roofing and renovations contract from Bridge Property Management after the property filed a fire/smoke/water damage insurance claim.
In late April 2017, the Stoneridge Apartments in Antioch, TN caught fire with the blaze and thick black smoke as visible as 15 miles away. After sustaining fire, smoke and water damage, the property management company, requested a complete interior and exterior renovation within the apartment complex.
From paint to flooring to appliances, each unit was updated with a chic modern design. The wooden vinyl flooring and granite countertops provide upscale high-end look while still maintaining durability. The white-grey paint throughout the unit compliment white upper and lower cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The white trim along the brand new door and closets also provide a modern color contrast against the grey interior.
The modern design theme continues in the chrome kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
