JRC was awarded the Shingle Roof Replacement Contract for a senior living community in Lawton, Oklahoma. Residents at this senior living community can enjoy the views of the Wichita Mountains from their choice of studio, one or two bedroom apartments. In addition to the community's garden areas and walking paths, the community is surrounded by many recreational and cultural attractions including: Fort Sill, Cameron University and several annual festivals.
For this community, JRC replaced their entire roof system, consisting of nearly 1,100 squares of Atlas ProLAM Dimensional Shingles in Weatherwood color. Atlas's ProLAM series is an laminated shingles, these shingles have a thicker base which allows multiple layers of material to adhere to. Since they're thicker, the increased weight significantly improves the wind resistance. Additionally, Atlas ProLAM Shingles are less likely to warp than traditional shingles. As a part of JRC's Process, we help you find the ideal roofing solutions for your building!
