Solis North Gulch Apartments

JRC was awarded the TPO roofing project for Solis North Gulch Apartments in Nashville, TN by Construction Enterprises, Inc. (CEI). This multi-family apartment complex is a 271-unit planned at 600 11th Ave. N. near downtown Nashville, TN.  The five-story structure was built over two levels of parking with the first apartments and includes amenities such as a rooftop club room and terrace, a resort style pool, club-grade fitness center and a pet park.

Designed by The Preston Partnership, JRC installed a white TPO roofing system, chosen primarily for its reflective quality. The white TPO will keep the residents cool in the summer as it reflects the sun’s hot ray. We applied the same material to the individual balconies to keep the individual units cooler.

Additionally, JRC installed the bright red metal panelling that runs along exterior of the building to the rooftop. This features compliment’s the architect’s sleek modern design aesthetic. Continuing the same aesthetic, red metal coping was installed along the edge of rooftop. The pops of color, in the red panels and coping, provide a contrast with the remaining beige/tan exterior.
