The District at ODU

JRC was awarded the TPO Roofing Contract for The District at Old Dominion University by General Contractor, Construction Enterprises, Inc. (CEI). The 642,372 sq. ft. student housing private dormitory project was unanimously approved by the planning commision to address the student housing shortage at the Old Dominion University Campus. The complex houses approximately 940 students in 320 apartments with as many as four bedrooms and includes a 750-car parking garage, whose facade will largely be hidden by residences, and a pool and clubhouse. * For this project, JRC adhered .80 mil Carlisle TPO to the entire roof system and parking garage.
